Almost all states allow for out-of-state students to
maintain and use their residence driver's license to operate
a vehicle while attending school.
However, if you plan to obtain residency within the
state that your school is located, or if you continue
to reside in the state during summer months,
some states may require an in-state driver's license and
auto registration.
In addition, some states may require a separate permit
to operated a motorized scooter or motorcycle while attending
school.

Many voter registrations can be completed at State
DMVs. Check your State's DMV site for information:

Your parent's medical and dental plans usually cover college-age
children who are full-time students..
But not always. And some insurance will only cover students up to a certain age limit. Check with your parents.
If you find yourself not adequately covered, many schools
offer student medical and dental insurance at affordable
