Set a goal for yourself to ask one question in class every day if you find it difficult to ask inquiries. It’s possible that the more you do it, the easier it will get. If you still don’t want to ask during class, either stay after to ask the teacher a question or get there early.

If you have saved up for a new top, go ahead and buy it. Play up the aspects of your appearance that you like. Practicing good hygiene and developing a skin care routine can also do wonders for confidence since you smell great and have a natural glow.

    Pick Friends Carefully

Spend time with people who are kind to you. Some people behave in detrimental ways toward you, while others encourage you with their words and actions. Learn to distinguish between the two.
