Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing engineers develop ways to improve the processes involved in making products for consumer use. Their goal is to find greater levels of cost-effectiveness while also keeping systems working efficiently—from the raw materials stage to the final creation.

You will work a lot with computer numerical control (CNC) tools which make the manufacturing of products much more streamlined in precision, repeatability, and connection to design. A manufacturing engineer can achieve this through the use of computer software and automated machining.
